Plans, organizes and directs the Bank’s marketing resources and programs through strategic thinking, personal involvement and leadership.
Must hold, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree; an educational focus in business or marketing is preferred but not required. Ten or more years of related marketing experience with five years of experience in Financial Services; Community Banking experience preferred. Strong understanding and experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing. Ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept through execution. Knowledge of web analytics. Excellent managerial, organization, problem solving, analytical, project management, presentation and communications skills. Proven skills in organizing, leading and motivating personnel. A strong commitment to customer service required. Technologically proficient.
