Provides general administrative support and assistance to the payment systems management with customer questions and problem resolution. Performs analysis of various reports, transaction processing, and testing, training and customer service inquiries. May assist the Item Processing and ATM Processing Supervisors with more complex transactions as required. Performs functions, within scope of authority and expertise, in conformance with established Bank policies, procedures and objectives. Provides the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers.
High School diploma or its equivalent. Must possess a minimum of four years of Bank Operations or Retail (Community) Banking experience. Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently among various departments in a fast paced environment. Must possess at least intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet applications. Must have scheduling flexibility and be able to work extended hours as needed.
