Performs a wide range of duties to complement and support the Training & Development department in conformance with established Bank policies, procedures and objectives. Performs any function, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers. Professionally represents Middlesex Savings Banks’ Training and Development department both internally and externally as an integral member of the team.
High School diploma or equivalent plus 2-3 years of work-related experience. Advanced technology skills and knowledge of computer systems. Proficiency required with using MS Office and Adobe including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and database programs necessary to perform required duties. Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Ability to create, execute and monitor detailed project plans. Familiarity with blended learning and development methods and techniques preferred, including basic knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation. Ability to coordinate multiple training events in a corporate setting. Basic knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools. Must enjoy interaction with customers at all levels of the organization, demonstrate a high quality of customer service and be a team player.
