Plans, coordinates and manages the activities of the Credit Department in conformance with established Bank policies, procedures and objectives. Performs any functions within scope of authority and expertise to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers.
Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in specialized course work and training. Must have six to eight years of progressive responsibility (including management experience) with emphasis on credit analysis, credit management and commercial lending. Effective analytical, managerial, organizational, presentation, problem-solving and customer service skills. Must possess at least intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet applications.
